Please ask questions and invest in your health by taking the time to identify who, why, and how we as wellness and mental health professionals plan to care for you.  It is essential that you feel safe with the providers, space (environment), and the methods of care you receive in order for you to feel free to be vulnerable and authentic.  You should always ask questions to gain a complete understanding of your treatment and mental health condition(s).  Be your own advocate and communicate what your needs are so you can be best understood and cared for.  We commit to remaining open and patient while you discover your role as an advocate and navigator of health and well-being.
