Equilibriya: verb  “a state of being in balance”

Equilibriya Behavioral Health & Wellness Special COVID-19 Response

We are committed to providing our clients with health care support during the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19.  First, we want to take this time to let you know that your health and safety are the most important consideration to us in our health care planning.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will temporarily cancel all in-office appointments through March 29, 2020 and will provide regular updates on our schedule and plan to re-establish direct, in-office therapy.

In the meantime, we want to reassure you that we have a continuity of care plan that provides all clients with the opportunity to use our HIPAA compliant telehealth system for ongoing therapy.  If you have any questions, please contact us at connect@equilibriya.com or call us at 651-342-2175.

For your information, the best sources and most reliable public health information remain the World Health Organization and the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention

Be Safe and Stay Connected

On Interconnectedness...

"A human being is a part of the whole, called by us the “Universe,” a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest ~ a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. Nobody is able to achieve this completely, but the striving for such achievement is in itself a part of the liberation, and a foundation for inner security." --Albert Einstein
